Links Watch Centre is a watch retail and repair shop in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain (Commercial Registration 140047-2). This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, where it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Kingdom of Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).
We ask only for what we need to reply. There are no hidden fields and nothing is read from your device beyond what you type or attach.
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare for your visit, to identify the piece you asked about, and — if you go on to sell, buy or leave a piece with us — to keep the records a shop is required to keep. Photographs are used only to identify the piece and its condition. We do not use your details for advertising, and we never sell or share them for marketing.
Only the shop's own staff. We do not pass your details to anyone else, except the service providers below, who process them for us and may not use them for their own purposes.
Your enquiry is stored in the shop's own management system, and your photographs in the shop's private storage. Those systems are hosted for us by Railway (application hosting) and Cloudflare (storage and network), whose servers are outside the Kingdom of Bahrain. Bahraini law allows a transfer abroad with your consent, which is why the enquiry form asks for it before anything is sent. If you would rather not agree, you can contact us on WhatsApp or visit the shop instead.
Nothing is sent until you tick the consent box and press Review. Choosing to continue on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp on your own device with your message ready; sending it there is your action, under WhatsApp's own terms.
When we buy a watch from you, we record your name, contact details and a copy of your ID (CPR or passport) with the purchase. We do this to show that each piece was bought lawfully from its owner and to meet our record-keeping obligations. These records are kept securely, only for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, and are shared only with the authorities when we are legally required to.
You may ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Message us on WhatsApp at +973 3661 1900, email [email protected], or ask at the counter. We reply within 30 days, and usually the same day. Where the law requires us to keep a record — for example of a piece we bought from you — we will tell you what must stay and why. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
A tracking link shows the stage of a job and the photographs taken at the counter. It works for anyone who has the link, so keep it to yourself and to the person collecting for you. We do not put personal details on that page.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
If this notice changes, the new version and its date are published here. The version you agreed to is noted on your enquiry.
By using this website you accept these terms. They are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
It describes the shop and lets you send us an enquiry, request a visit, or follow a job you have left with us. It is not an online shop. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell, and no contract is formed through it.
An enquiry is a request for a conversation. We do not quote a price or a value from photographs alone; any figure we mention before seeing a piece is an indication and not an offer. Prices, offers and valuations are given only after the piece has been examined at the counter.
A visit request is a request. It is confirmed by us, by WhatsApp or telephone, and until then no time is held for you.
A piece left with us for service or repair is governed by the drop-off receipt you sign at the counter, the quotation you approve, and the invoice you receive at collection. Those documents set out the price, the warranty and the collection terms, and they take precedence over anything on this website.
The tracking page shows the information current in our system when it is opened. Stages and dates may change; the shop's own records are the record.
Links Watch Centre is an independent business. We are not an authorised dealer, agent or service centre for Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Cartier or any other manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with any of them. Brand and model names on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the pieces we buy, sell and work on.
This website — its code, design and layout, text, photographs and illustrations — is an original work of Links Watch Centre, or is used with permission, and is protected under the Kingdom of Bahrain's Law No. 22 of 2006 on the Protection of Copyright and Neighbouring Rights and the Berne Convention. It may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, translated, hosted elsewhere or used to build another website, in whole or in part, without our written permission. The files carry identifying marks, and copies can be traced.
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions. For anything that matters, confirm with us directly.

مركز لينكس للساعات محل لبيع الساعات وإصلاحها في المنامة، مملكة البحرين (السجل التجاري 140047-2). يوضّح هذا الإشعار ما نجمعه عبر هذا الموقع، ولماذا، وأين يُحفظ، وما الذي يمكنكم أن تطلبوه منّا بشأنه. وقد كُتب وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في مملكة البحرين (القانون رقم 30 لسنة 2018).
لا نطلب إلا ما نحتاجه للرد عليكم. لا توجد حقول مخفية، ولا يُقرأ من جهازكم شيء غير ما تكتبونه أو ترفقونه.
للرد على طلبكم، والاستعداد لزيارتكم، والتعرّف على القطعة التي سألتم عنها، وإذا بعتم أو اشتريتم أو تركتم قطعة لدينا، لحفظ السجلات التي يجب على أي محل حفظها. تُستخدم الصور فقط للتعرّف على القطعة وحالتها. لا نستخدم بياناتكم للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها أو نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية أبداً.
موظفو المحل فقط. لا نمرّر بياناتكم لأي جهة أخرى، باستثناء مزوّدي الخدمات المذكورين أدناه الذين يعالجونها لصالحنا ولا يحق لهم استخدامها لأغراضهم.
يُحفظ طلبكم في نظام إدارة المحل الخاص بنا، وصوركم في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالمحل. تُستضاف هذه الأنظمة لصالحنا لدى Railway (استضافة التطبيقات) وCloudflare (التخزين والشبكة)، وخوادمهما خارج مملكة البحرين. يسمح القانون البحريني بنقل البيانات إلى الخارج بموافقتكم، ولهذا يطلب نموذج الطلب موافقتكم قبل إرسال أي شيء. وإن كنتم تفضّلون عدم الموافقة، يمكنكم التواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو زيارة المحل.
لا يُرسل شيء قبل أن تحدّدوا مربّع الموافقة وتضغطوا "مراجعة". واختيار المتابعة عبر واتساب يفتح واتساب على جهازكم ورسالتكم جاهزة؛ وإرسالها هناك هو فعلكم أنتم، وفق شروط واتساب.
عندما نشتري منكم ساعة، نسجّل مع عملية الشراء اسمكم وبيانات التواصل ونسخة من إثبات الهوية (البطاقة الذكية أو جواز السفر). نفعل ذلك لإثبات أن كل قطعة اشتُريت بطريقة قانونية من مالكها، وللوفاء بالتزاماتنا في حفظ السجلات. وتُحفظ هذه السجلات بأمان، فقط للمدة التي يفرضها القانون لحفظ السجلات التجارية، ولا نشاركها إلا مع الجهات الرسمية عندما يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.
يمكنكم في أي وقت أن تطلبوا منّا إعلامكم بما نحتفظ به عنكم، أو تصحيحه، أو حذفه، أو سحب موافقتكم. راسلونا عبر واتساب على +973 3661 1900، أو بالبريد الإلكتروني على [email protected]، أو اسألوا في المحل. نردّ خلال 30 يوماً، وغالباً في اليوم نفسه. وحيثما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بسجل، كسجل قطعة اشتريناها منكم، سنخبركم بما يجب أن يبقى ولماذا. وإن لم يرضِكم ردّنا، يمكنكم التقدّم بشكوى إلى هيئة حماية البيانات الشخصية في مملكة البحرين.
يعرض رابط المتابعة مرحلة العمل والصور التي التُقطت عند الاستلام. ويعمل لأي شخص يملك الرابط، فاحتفظوا به لأنفسكم ولمن يستلم نيابة عنكم. ولا نضع بيانات شخصية في تلك الصفحة.
هذا الموقع موجّه للبالغين. ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات ممّن هم دون 18 عاماً.
إذا تغيّر هذا الإشعار، يُنشر الإصدار الجديد وتاريخه هنا. ويُدوَّن الإصدار الذي وافقتم عليه في طلبكم.
باستخدامكم هذا الموقع تقبلون هذه الشروط. وتخضع لقوانين مملكة البحرين، وتختص محاكم البحرين بأي نزاع بشأنها.
يعرّف بالمحل ويتيح لكم إرسال طلب، أو حجز زيارة، أو متابعة عمل تركتموه لدينا. وهو ليس متجراً إلكترونياً. ولا شيء فيه يُعدّ عرضاً للبيع أو الشراء، ولا يُبرم من خلاله أي عقد.
الطلب هو طلب حديث. ولا نحدّد سعراً أو قيمة من الصور وحدها؛ وأي رقم نذكره قبل رؤية القطعة هو إشارة لا عرض. فالأسعار والعروض والتقييمات لا تُعطى إلا بعد فحص القطعة في المحل.
حجز الزيارة هو طلب. ونؤكده نحن عبر واتساب أو الهاتف، وقبل ذلك لا يُحجز لكم وقت.
القطعة التي تُترك لدينا للصيانة أو الإصلاح تخضع لإيصال الاستلام الذي توقّعونه في المحل، وعرض السعر الذي توافقون عليه، والفاتورة التي تستلمونها عند الاستلام. وتحدّد تلك المستندات السعر والكفالة وشروط الاستلام، ولها الأولوية على أي شيء في هذا الموقع.
تعرض صفحة المتابعة المعلومات الحالية في نظامنا وقت فتحها. وقد تتغيّر المراحل والتواريخ؛ وسجلات المحل هي المرجع.
مركز لينكس للساعات منشأة مستقلة. ولسنا وكيلاً معتمداً أو مركز خدمة معتمداً لرولكس أو باتيك فيليب أو أوميغا أو كارتييه أو أي شركة مصنّعة أخرى، ولا نرتبط بأي منها. وأسماء الماركات والموديلات في هذا الموقع علامات تجارية لأصحابها، وتُستخدم فقط للتعريف بالقطع التي نشتريها ونبيعها ونعمل عليها.
هذا الموقع، بكوده وتصميمه وتخطيطه ونصوصه وصوره ورسومه، عمل أصلي لمركز لينكس للساعات أو مستخدم بإذن، ومحميّ بموجب قانون مملكة البحرين رقم (22) لسنة 2006 بشأن حماية حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة واتفاقية برن. ولا يجوز نسخه أو استنساخه أو تعديله أو ترجمته أو استضافته في مكان آخر أو استخدامه لبناء موقع آخر، كلياً أو جزئياً، دون إذن كتابي منّا. وتحمل الملفات علامات تعريفية يمكن تتبّع النسخ من خلالها.
