How it works
Bring the watch to the shop, or send photographs on WhatsApp first. We look at it, tell you what it needs and what it will cost, and start only when you approve.
You receive a link to follow your repair from drop-off to collection, and the watch is collected from the shop when it is ready.
Careful hands
Screws, lugs and bracelets are handled with the right tools, so a watch comes back without new marks. When a part is supplied by you, the paperwork says so.
Polishing with a service

Questions
How often should a watch be serviced?
It depends on the brand, the model and how the watch is worn. Read how often a watch should be serviced, with what each maker advises.
How long does a service take?
A typical service takes 3 to 4 days. When parts have to be ordered, it takes longer, depending on availability and shipping. We tell you the expected date before we start, and your tracking link shows where the watch is.
Which brands do you work on?
Rolex, Tudor, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier, Vacheron Constantin and Jaeger-LeCoultre, among most other brands.
Can I follow the repair?
Yes. We send you a tracking link on WhatsApp that shows where your watch is, from received to ready for collection.
Do you test water resistance?
On request. A water resistance test is not part of every service: ask for it and we test the watch up to 10 bar (100 metres), within what the watch was made to take, and tell you the result.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for 3 months, and a full movement service (overhaul) for 6 months. The guarantee covers the work we did; it does not cover unrelated faults, water getting in, knocks, or later work done elsewhere. The period is written on your invoice.
